hello miss,
Firstly ,i want to apologize because i was late to submit your assigment.This because i do noy have the laptop so i must borrow to my housemate.Alhamdulillah and thank to God  because we are still alive in this month.The month that have full of blessings.So,let us together to take advantage for thus month.Now I wanted to share with you about fasting.After reading this article I have got many many new knowledge about fasting such as meaning,why must fasting,the benifits,preparation for your fasting and many more.Acctually,fasting is not something futile because that have many advantage than disadvantage.Nevertheless,still have a muslims skip fasting.If they are women it is okay because they have a excuse but how about men?Are they also have excuse?Ask yourself. 
      What is fasting?the real meaning of fasting is means to not eat for a while,to deprive oneself from food and even from drink.When in fasting also we can't do the thing that ca invalidate the fast.But you don't worry if you are in sick you can postpone the fastin and replacemen it after end of Ramadhan accordance with term and conditions'
      Why muslim must fast?muslim must do the fast because it is compulsor subject and include to the pillar of Islam.
Probably the most important reason is that the body uses quite a bit of energy to digest food, and when fasting this energy becomes available for other uses. In the fasting state, the body will scour for dead cells, damaged tissues, fatty deposits, tumors, abscesses, all of which are burned for fuel or expelled as waste.
       In Ramadhan month we have to do the preparation for a fasting to a whole month.Try to arrange that your fasting is in a period where you havelow activity or lobsters.Avoid heavy kind of work if at all possible.When it comes to long fast and inability of somebody to handly long fast,you just do the best you can.Some health professional suggest eating only raw food for two day starting a fast.I also recommend wearning yourself off caffine and sugar products to ease your initial hunger of  discomfort at the early stages of your fast.
